On July 1, 2020 I joined Sarah from Goorin Bros. Nashville to chat about surviving Breast Cancer and how I used my Goorin Hat collection to help me stay confident and looking as healthy as possible during treatment. We talk about everything from my post chemo hair growth progress, keeping my natural silver hair, dealing with the darkness in life by making a conscious effort to find things that bring you joy and I also discuss my decision to go flat after mastectomy rather than endure additional reconstructive surgeries or expose myself to additional risks for complications.
My hat collection kept me feeling confident during treatment and beyond.
I had a few hats at the beginning of cancer treatment but I quickly discovered I loved the east of effortlessly popping on a hat and feeling confident and put together so I bought more.
